There are many things Sammie likes. He likes cheese, dog food, apples, celery and anything that falls from the sky (or the kitchen counter). Good things happen on the counter and in the kitchen.
So I wondered what he wouldn't like. Our first GSD, Allie, who paved the way and trained us for Sammie, didn't like grapes or bananas, didn't really like dog food and really, really liked ice
cream. I discovered today that Sammie doesn't like the vacuum. We did a little bit of work about approaching the vacuum but I bet it's the noise. That will take a while. He barks at it, and it's a scream. Too bad, we have rugs that are littered with small pieces of his plastic bone and cotton Buddha.
It's fun to see the world through the eyes and noise of a dog.
