I know, I am a day late and really a dollar short. I had Friday afternoon off and had great intentions. But I got a great coif, a pedicure and did a little shopping at Art of the Table. For dinner, Paul made hand's down my favorite chicken recipe EVAH, Garlic Rosemary Chicken. We paired it with a Pinot Gris that we had in the beverage fridge. We don't drink a lot of white wine and we aren't quite sure why Amy made us buy this one. It was fabulous wine, though. So she is off the hook.Today, Paul has some family events and I am treating myself to a spa day. - full massage and facial. Don't know what the afternoon holds - probably some picture taking, some reading to catch up on and party time with His Handsomeness.
Dinner is shrimp tacos. Hmmmm. Tomorrow, Samson's BFF Ann Marie comes and he doesn't know it but I know that he can't WAIT to see her. Enjoy the day!

C'mon, Amy is ALWAYS right about wines, period!! Glad you enjoyed the Pinot Gris.
