By God's remarkable and eternal grace, I am. I love all forms of technology, my sweet dog Samson, my Nikon cameras and beach glass. I am married to a gourmet-cooking, hot-dirty-manwork-doing, ditch-digging, paint-brush wielding, technically savvy, retired Naval Officer-now-engineer. I read books, watch football, hockey and DWTS; and with camera in hand, take a lot of pictures.

After living life around the world courtesy of the United States Navy, we settled in Grand Rapids, MI. We share our lives with Mr. Handsome a/k/a @thedogsamson, the most photographed dog in the world; and keep in our hearts our sweet angel, Allister who started her life with us at a tender eight weeks and stayed for 13 1/2 years. We still miss her.
