We are not EOTE and that makes me sad; anytime I miss the sand, surf and sun, I silently pine a little. But we aren't up north because we have a very special wedding to attend today. And the weather could not be more perfect - 87 degrees, no humidity, light breezes gorgeous sunshine. It is a beautiful day for a wedding. Congratulations Jessica and Kyle!
So not being up north, we decided to be productive. Paul's friend Mike delivered a whole bunch of wood for the fall. Filled up the wood rack and created another pile in front of it.
As I was looking at the wood, I also saw the moon. All I could think of was, "Good Morning, Moon."
Samson is still recovering from his encounter with the skunk. Herein out, he will be on a leash in the morning. He had a lot of fun rolling in the grass while Paul, Mike and I were hauling wood.
We have a delightful week coming up, along with a visit from a very special friend, Sue and perhaps a little more fun in the sun. One more time. Cheers!
