July

I can't believe that July is almost gone.  Poof.  Just like that.

The 4th of July was a wonderful and relaxing and delightful time.  We had friends come and go, stayed up late, got up early, watched the sun rise, the moon rise, the stars come out, the eagle visit, the freighters pass, and had lots and lots of incredible wine.  IN. Credible.

In short, we practiced for retirement.

I love how the same view can look so different.  Seldom are the colors the same.

Samson had the time of his life.  He always sets a fine example of how to properly chill.

It's best to dig your own hole.

We are adding on here, East of the Equator.  The new garage is started and should be done in a few weeks.  We have a few more weeks here.  Despite the construction and the unusually cold weather, it's always beautiful.  Now back to my chair and my book!

Cheers!
