Day two of vacation. It was a VERY windy day! What was left of the leaves were coming down, fast and furious and thankfully, blowing into our neighbors yard. Glad we had moved the majority of them to the street. The city picked up our leaves on Monday. Whew. We also had a few flurries in the morning. While they were pretty, they didn't last when hitting the ground.
Today was busy, busy, busy. We ran some errands, had a LOSER visit to Comcast, went to see the the contractor doing the work on our bathrooms, picked out our knobs and door handles, did some grocery shopping, had the car washed and stopped at the bank. Don't know where the afternoon went, but it is gone!
Tonight is the season finale of Dancing with the Stars. Yes, I LOVE that show. I am a fan. :) Our good friend, colleague at Calvin, and painter extraordinaire, Deb is joining us for dinner and some of the Red Wings hockey game. I am cooking, so we are having Buffalo Wild Wings! Yum.

I'm glad the leaves were gone before the wind yesterday, you would have to do it all over again.
