It's Friday and I am in a better mood. Why you ask? Did AIG rebound? No. Have people become responsible for their individual actions? Probably not. Will the DOW soar and gas prices plummet? Highly unlikely.
The good mood is the result of a VACATION DAY. So after the painful process of having my blood drawn this AM for my annual physical, I stopped and bought myself a latte, am going to run errands, have lunch with friends Dorothy and Abi, hang with the Handsome One and do all-round vacationy-kind of things. And I am NOT watching MSNBC or CNN. So there.

Well, apparently the DOW did soar...but only because the government promised to bail out all those idiots who still haven't learned to be responsible for their own actions.
