We had another delightful weekend on the Sunrise Coast. We headed up Friday night and coasted in early, time enough to meet a friend for dinner and watch the moon rise over the water. I had not heard of the Strawberry Moon until our friend Jan DeVries mentioned it on FB. And to watch it rise over the water was nothing less than spectacular.

The orange color started to fade ... and moon slipped in and out of the clouds. We could barely take our eyes off it.
We spent time with our good friends at the V, headed to downtown Oscoda for Art on the Beach, walked, swam, played with Samson on the beach and watched the waves roll ashore. Just heaven. Can't wait to do it again.
