Everything all over Tawas, E. Tawas, Au Sable and Oscoda = Welcome Canoers! (with 3 or 4 exclamation points. They love exclamation points up here ...oh, and apostrophes but that's another post).
Samson decided that 6:04 was the time that we should ALL get up, for him to do a little hunting, and have some brekkie. I took that opportunity to watch the beautiful sun rise and greet the day. I felt like a 35 mm prime kind of day and oh, no edits to these pictures. Photoshop doesn't hold a candle to pure Lake Huron beauty.
The surf rolled to our feet.
We finished the morning in town, pre-race with a walk on the Boardwalk.
It's going to be a beautiful day here East of the Equator!
