Summer in March

This is some crazy weather.  More than crazy.  Bordering on bizarre.

We have a temperature monitor that is secured to a tree, and it just happens to be in direct sunlight.  Our outdoor temperature reads aren't always 100% accurate.

Regardless, it was WARM yesterday.  No one is complaining to be running around in flipflops and shorts, grilling, sitting on the patio, hanging outside.  The weather reminds me so much of SoCal - the warm, sweet breezes, abundant sunshine, and no clouds.

By all rights, it should still be snowing.

We sat on the patio for the better part of Saturday afternoon.  We heard the hawk long before we saw him. Gave me plenty of time to switch out lenses.  This is quite far away but I got a couple of nice shots of him.  What a beauty.

Of course, this weather get us thinking of there. We were shopping yesterday and found these.  They were must haves.

It is indeed. Right now, we are happy in EGR with sunshine and warm weather in March. Being Michigan, it could snow at any time so get out there and enjoy! Cheers to the weekend.
