Weekend wrap up

It was a quick turnaround to our happy place.  Samson was at his happy place.  We had a wonderful evening, delicious dinner served with our favorite Hook & Ladder, and had a peek at the Milky Way. 

These short weekends are simply teasers for the summer months.  While it's still quite cool up north, the sunrise is still a little later, allowing us to linger a bit.  I have to get up and watch the sunrise.   It's a compulsion.  But it's worth it. 

The beauty is stunning. 





We are heading into a busy week.  These pictures remind me of peace, quiet, and my little slice of heaven.
